Good job zonen! Looks great. And, I think if ya look real hard you can see a hint of SR and as long as you're satisfied that's all that matters!

GLH, never been to Arkansas, I bet its a neat place to visit at the correct time of year. This is supposed to be a dry heat. It normally is, but latley its been pretty humid, "Monsoon Season" without the rain.
I thought the 100 degree outside temp might speed up the cook. Not. The CS is so well insulated I doubt the heat had any influence at all.

Right. I am sure you had the CS turned up higher than 105.
