1st contest since the class

Well I went to my first contest in Stillwater OK since the cooking class, and we had an 11th in chicken, 6th in Ribs, 1st in Butts, and the Reserve Championship with a 50 team contest.
Another team was thier that attended the class called Hot Flash BBQ they had 2 calls 7th in chicken, 4th in brisket, and 8th overall.

Next contest is in 2 weeks in Enid,OK.

I think they are talking about the class put on by Fast Eddy there at the plant. I've been wanting to take that class myself but can't seem to find the time.

We took the class Eddy and Paul hosted in December. For those that attended the class I'm the one that owns the Meat processing plant.
Thanks to all and Russ I heard the pain your in and take care and see you in 2 weeks at Enid.
