Put two 6 pounders on the middle shelf, two 7 pounders on the top shelf, and about 4-5 oz. of wood on at 5:30pm pst. for a friend to reheat at his SuperBowl party. The meat fit easily into the smoker. Should be interesting to see if it all comes out OK. Can't think of any reason it wouldn't, other than the fact that Cookshack state's a 22 pound capacity. Sure smells good outside..........
