If your in Kansas City you might catch a story on the news tomorrow. The fellow is a retired KC police officer by the name of Richard White. He's in his 30th year of doing Christmas dinner for Kansas City's less fortunate elderly and some homeless at St Peters school Gym. I have been honored to cook his turkey's for my 6th year. Did 42 birds this year. The chef that comes and keeps the kitchen moving along is Paul from the city union mission. I asked him how many meals are we averaging? He told me the last few years it has leveled off to around 720. Please remember those who are less fortunate then us and drop a few coins in those red kettles when you hear the bells ringing in front of the stores.

All have a Merry Christmas
