love smoked meat but just got into it with a 7 in one. not impressed with having to tend it. hard to hold temps with it here in northern WI. smoked quite a few chickens. ordered it today along with cover and rib racks. and a et 73. hope my decision was right. was thinking of a DBS, but after reading posts thought better not to. can't wait. the pigs and cows will be running

You'll have no problem holding temp with the Americue, and the reduction in greenhouse gasses that results from the significant thinning of the bovine and porcine population in your neck of the woods due to your BBQ'ing efforts will benefit all of us.
