Anyone make Landjaegers?

OK, I have been here for some time, just haven't checked in in a while. Lately I have been thinking about setting up my garage operation with sausage and grinder stuff so I can make pepperonis and other cased meats.

My big thing right now is trying to find out if I can successfully make Landjaegers. anyone have a source for making these and getting the right seasoning to do so? Thanks folks.
