I'm trying to organize a bulk pellet buy from FE in the Colorado Springs area. Anyone interested?

If you can wait until February the Rocky Mountain BBQ Association will do a big group buy through BBQers Delight. Last year we ordered 18,000 lbs of pellets from Candy. With shipping they were $0.35 a pound. I may have some left over from last year that some people did not pick up.

You might want to check with CS. They no longer sell Traeger pellets and they brand they are working on replacing them with is the 70/30 blend that Candy Sue uses.

Where would one have to pick these pellets up at? I would also be interested in buying a few pallets.
BBQers delight that Candy sells says 1/3 Hickory (or whatever) 2/3 Oak. I have ordered about 400 pounds in the past and it's pretty good stuff.
I just ordered a pallet (2000 pounds) of Fast Eddie's pellets which are 50% Hickory (or whatever) and 50% White Oak. They are also very good. The FE pellets were $600.00 plus $380 shipping from Kansas City to Salt Lake City. Your location would be different. With shipping that comes to 49 cents a pound or $19.60 per 40 pounds. I ordered on a Tuesday and they delivered on Thursday, not bad driving.
