pull it tonight. then tomorrow if you heat it on the stove top put a little apple juice or water in the pan and that will help steam it as it warms but don't let it get so hot as to cook it any more.

If in the microwave do the same but in a plastic tub and nuke it on power level 2 or 3. keep a close eye on it as you do not want it to pop or sizzle as this will make it tough you really only want to warm it slowly not the normal I can't wait so I'm going to zap it with the microwave.
Depends on the quantity. You can leave it in the zip-loc and set you oven on 200˚ and 1/2 hour will do - and "no" the bags won't melt. Or, you can wrap in foil (add juice or broth if desired) and do the same thing.

I vacuum seal my left-overs and drop the pouch in boiling water. Works great.

Experiment and find out what works best for you!
