Holly and I have spent the last two days with the Cookshack crew. Stewart, Russ, David, and Fast Eddie, and a ton of the support staff have put on one hell of a great class. We've met contacts from all over the world,, yes world,, that in a short two days have turned into friends. Four Great Pit Masters and twenty five BBQ want ta be's in one room for two days turned into the best start of a week I've had in a long time. I'm smarter and fatter for it. The information was king and the food was unbelivable. Well worth my time and money. A must do if you can work it in.

This was a great class! Not only did we get to learn from four pros, we did the hands on with prepping the meat and watching it all go into those big FEC 500's. It all really helped me focus on what is important in my own bbq adventure. Use the best product, cook it the best way I know how, and serve it as fresh as I can. Did anyone get the name on the box for those great disposable cutting mats?
