Holly and I have spent the last two days with the Cookshack crew. Stewart, Russ, David, and Fast Eddie, and a ton of the support staff have put on one hell of a great class. We've met contacts from all over the world,, yes world,, that in a short two days have turned into friends. Four Great Pit Masters and twenty five BBQ want ta be's in one room for two days turned into the best start of a week I've had in a long time. I'm smarter and fatter for it. The information was king and the food was unbelivable. Well worth my time and money. A must do if you can work it in.
