I dare you to try this with any other company.
Last week I had a fire in my FEC 100 which was my fault, I let to much grease build up. It wiped out my door gasket so that evening I sent off an email to Cookshack service dept. on how to order a new gasket. Two hours later I received a message from Stuart's blackberry assuring me one would be shipped the next day when he returned to work. Sure enough, it just arrived (no charge) and I just installed it. Thanks Stuart. America, what a place!

OK - I accept your challenge!

Two weeks ago, I bought a Reveo Vacuum Marinator. I used it once and it worked VERY well! A few days later, my wife decided to try it on her own. As she was moving it, the cover fell of and broke beyond repair. I called the Customer Support people to find out how I could buy a replacement. They took my name and address and immediately sent a replacement at NO charge!

I TOTALLY agree - America - what a place!!!

Good, does that mean you aren't selling your pit?... As I have received threats from my girls if I don't take them to Utah... Cool
