Hey, YOU started this over in the other post.

You know, the "rubber chicken" problems.

Personally, I don't eat the skin anyway, once it's cooked, so I don't worry about it AND like you, I just throw it on a grill to crisp up the skin.

Besides, I smoke them at a higher temp in the 150 than I can in the Smokette. Wink
