I put jalopeno peppers on grate of my 150. Used 2 chunks of hickory. Set it at 225 x 4 hrs. It was almost off "cook" when I went to work. When I got home about 10 hrs later (was on hold cycle), I had chipotles that smelled Great. A lot better then what I can buy here at the store.
In the past I have killed two food processors and a blender trying to grind them up. A while back, I was given advice ,from here, to try a coffee grinder. Got a cheap one from Wally World and it worked like a charm.
