Christmas Prime Rib Pics

Did my first prime rib for Christmas dinner- followed the steps in PR 101 to the letter.
Ended up with a nice rare PR with just a hint of smoke. Everybody loved it. Had enough for leftovers (I planned it that way) Excellent french dip sandwiches tonight.

I'm sure yours turned out much better than mine, but I didn't mind for first time through.

Sorry, Pags- usually like to get a sliced shot, but got caught up with family and eatin- forgot to take a quick picture. No fears- I'll do another and get pics of inside and out next time.
