So where is the legend of who is which Letter. I'm guessing I'm "N" but it should have been SO... Big Grin

Saw that address too.

You don't have to tell addresses, but I "think" it would be okay to say who's letter is whom, wouldn't it?

No, don't put my address out there, but I'm okay if you want them to know which letter is me Big Grin

OK...the southeast needs a presence, so I'm in. I will part with a couple of bottles of my most cherished DennyMikes rub from Maine.

The more the merrier, but is Maine really in the south east?? Welcome to the party anyway, glad to have you.

Now I see Central Fla. Go Gators

AndyJ - Your bet's good. However, I also live and work in a couple other places. Right now I'm killing a little time surfing the internet at about 37,000 feet headed Southeast for 3 days. From there, it's a long journey East for a few more days before a return to our "neighborhood". My profile "Location" still holds true.

C1,

My forum name is SmokinMAINEiac because I am from Maine, but I live in Central Florida about 30 miles south of Ocala.

The rub is made and sold by a fellow in Maine named DennyMike.
I am going to send my homemade sauce and rub but by no means should anyone feel they have to be homemade. Local rubs and sauces are awesome as well, especially from somewhere we haven't been able to experience. I know some people mix some commercial made rubs with great outcomes. Just another idea for everyone. AND being from Nebraska I just may include some Husker items!!

Well now there's a thought. Being from Alabama I could add something from the last two national championship football teams if need be. maybe a shirt from the last tail gate, it would come pre stained ???
Good idea smokin,

No football for me please....
XL shirt size, I tend to shrink things
No Butchers BBQ Rubs please, just got the 4pc set in the mail, yummy!

I am including all local sauces/rubs, NJ only, so hopefully no one has ever had them. NJ is not an easy state to find an abundant choice of local made BBQ items in, it is evident that this state is not a big BBQ state Frowner
