Happy holidays to all. I've got the Amerique and I am looking for advice on cold smoking Bhut Jolokia "Ghost Peppers". Anyone out there cold smoked these? If so, what techinque, wood etc.. Thanks in advance.
Well I guess I got the idea of cold smoking them from another post that I had read somewhere. I am looking to get a nice smokey flavor to them so I can ultimately blend them up to make a hot sauce.
I did do a search utilizing the "find" and did see the topics in there about the Chipotles. I'm not smoking jalapenos, therefore I was asking if anyone had smoked ghost peppers as they have a whole different flavor than that of the jalapeno. I was trying to see if anyone has had any success smoking these, if so what flavor they infused it with.
