Donna,

I really think alot depends on what type of set up your talking about. I used an open trailer with an awning. But I set up wash tables and meat prep tables, and a little water heater, and pulling the water hose and power cords and hooking them up, leveling the trailer.

And then pretty little things like banners and flags, and stuff to just look good. I really depends on what your team wants to try and do.

This year I have a toy hauler and I'll have the cookers on the rear ramp. Should take alot less setup, and take down. But some of the tables and the wash area will be the same ??

Bill, what I meant was from the time you pull into your spot until you are ready to being prep. I will be asking about prep time next. :-)

We are looking at ways we can help competitors be more efficient and do a better job with less hassle and I am at the information-gathering stage.

For me, I'd like some mods on the FE's and I've mentioned these to Stuart.

Bigger wheels on the FE would allow me to move it.

A light bar would be nice.

Not sure how I could buy/get something that would allow me to do it any faster or more convenient. Trailer was the best thing that helped, that way everything is in one place.

Maybe come up with a Competiton kit for sell and sell it to the newbies wanting to compete.

I'll keep thinking.

That's the kind of tires I was thinking of when Smokin mention bigger wheels. I think Stumps has those on his units. Makes traveling through grass a bit easier.
