Im smokin shrimp (cooked) and scallops at 250 on my CS 9 will it take about the same time to be eatible ???

I live near a source of fresh scallops and when they come of the boat in the shell we shuck them and eat them raw! They are the most wonderfull things. If I had fresh scallops I wouldn't cook them as long as I would shrimp.
When cooking different items, seafood or anything, you have to look at the size and texture of each.
