Cooking school at Union, SC

I do not know if this is allowed here but I am doing a cooking school at Union,SC Sept,13-14.
It is mainly for people doing the cookoff. It will cover a lot of basics as well as stuff for the seasoned pros. Contact me if you would like more info.

Thanks for the kind words Tom, it has amazed me that almost everyone that has contacted me about this school has wanted me to do a pro type class. I guess that is not where my heart is though. Sorry you will not make Dillard. See ya on the trail.
