Cookshack class?

Hi gang let me introduce myself, I'm Ron Bennett Restaurant operator , KCBS CBJ and comp cook. I recently converted to "Pelletdom" & was wondering if there are any plans for a Cookshack class anytime soon.
I have recently bought a Lil Tx traeger for the house and a FE100 for my concession/competition events.

Rumors are being started there is a class sometime in mid-may. Official announcement forthcoming.

S/R, welcome, I am glad that you asked that because that is what I was just getting ready to do. Looking at the pictures from the last one really made me wish I had attended when I had the time. Hoping that rumors come true.....wow, sounding like a little kid again....
