Heres an experiment I tried a couple weeks ago and with some tweeking could be really great eats.
I maranated a small pork loin with 2 cans of Dr Pepper Cherry cola and a cup of old grandad bourbon and one tablespoon hot pepper powder.
Cut the bourbon in half and I think it would be better as it over powered everything.
I plan to try this combo again as I beleive it has potential, if anyone else has tried something like this please post.
