I cooked 4 pork shoulders last nite and they turned out real good. I cooked them in my smokette at 225� for 14 hours and they finished at 200� internal temp. I have to cook 6 more tonite and I can't find the meat...all our local stores seem to be low on it. But I found Boston Butts. Are they the same piece or meat? Please respond soon as I have to leave and go buy them to get them in the cooker soon. Thanks
