Dr BBQ Class

I'm thinking about it. Haven't decided yet.

I hope you guys will still have me without Eddy's rig because it doesn't look like his badass new truck will be ready.

We will surely have a good time and I will tell you what I know. I may not know it all but I do know a bunch of it. I've been hanging around BBQ cookoffs for a long time.

I'm sending my check in today. I'll be bringing my FE-100. Looking forward to a real learning experience.

I was really looking forward to seeing the FE2000 and the rig Eddy was telling me about.
But I know I will still have a great time and learn some new tricks. I keep telling uncle earnie, "There is a new Sheriff in Town" lol

Where in CA is the class being held?

Actually Bill these guys are taking about the class in California. I'm pretty sure you're coming to the class in Florida Feb. 21-22.
