Anyone have any tips using the rib racks in the FEC 100. I am smoking twelve rack of baby backs Friday night for my son in laws suprise birthday pary. I purchased two racks from Cookshack for the FEC capable of holding up to 20 backs. Should I put the racks on the top two shelves? Bottom two shelves? Spaced furthur apart to get better smoke circulation? I will also be smoking about 32 chicken thighs during the last hour of smoking the ribs.

I guess it's too late for Friday the 13th, but I'd put them on the top two shelves, try not to have the ribs right next to each other - leave a space between. Also, the back left hand side (as you face the cooker) has a hot spot. I put the thicker side of the rack toward the back.
