My husband will no longer complain about how much we paid for the smokette and cart. He loved the brisket.It took a long time---19.5 hours.It weighed 10.72 lb. I pulled it at 191.It plateaued for hours and hours about 166. Couldn't wait any longer and it was good.
Hubby kept rolling his eyes and making "mmmm" noises...He said" I told you we should have gotten this years ago". NOT..
So I am happy.
