First cook on the 100

Hey all I did my first cook on the 100 this weekend, everything went off without a hitch and the food was as good if not better than my ceramic smokers I was replacing... I took some shots to prove it happened

Looks good!

You might also want to get those pellets off the floor, with atleast a pice of wood between them and the concrete... Otherwise, they will wick the moisture....

I learned that from Candy!!! ;-)

Now that is one shiny smoker. Mine has seasoned beautifully, and my product is picking up great flavors even with minimal wood.

Bryan. As good as your first smoke looks, it will only improve from here. How great is that?
