Has anyone used Cookshack's flavor infusion reservoir? If so, how did it work and is it worth the investment?

I don't recommend it having experimented with similar devices, I don't think any flavor in the humid air will really flavor the food.
But you can make your own and test it. Give an old can of food, clean it up (take the paper off) and just put some liquid of your choice in there and see what you think.

Thanks. I appreciate your advice. I'm new at this and have only smoked 1 brisket, 1 PB and some ribs. They have all come out with great flavor. Guess if it ain't broke - don't fix it.

I guess while you're trying Smokins' suggestion,may I also suggest trying to use Smokin's Brining 101 as a way of introducing flavor to meats. It can come in handy on some products.
