I am planning on buying a cookshack smoker. Like a 1000 other posts here I can't decide what size. How many whole chickens can I get in the 008 model?

How far apart r the racks? On the 008 model can I have all three racks in with a couple chickens on each one? Giving me a total of 6 yard birds.

Are you thinking these month old 2 1/2 lb young fryers,or those Tyson 9 lb roasters.
Do you cook 1/2 chickens,or do you spatchcock them by removing the backbone and flattening the breast-so they lay flat?
Dark and white meat cook different,so lots of folks cook parts.
