The biggest difference I see is "quality"

At home you can put a lot of care into what you're cooking. At the restuarant, most don't even put a rub on them, throw them on the smoker (IF it's a smoker) and don't take much care on when to pull them. Then they drown them in sauce.

Now I KNOW no one on the forum does that, so you're already ahead of the game in betting those restaurants.
