I did a search and came up blank. My son is going hunting with me next week for the first time in many years, so I want to be ready just in case we get one. Probably will brine and then bard. My first javelina (1987) was BBQ'd at a a shop and was some some the best wild game I have ever had. Yah, I know you Texas boys don't think these are edible!

Anybody got suggestions?
