Just finished pulling a 7 lb boston butt that I put in my CS020 at 10PM last night with 2 chunks of apple and 1 chunk of hickory. Finally took it out at 3PM this afternoon (17 hour smoke). One probe was at 200 degrees, the other at 197 degrees. This is the longest I've had to smoke a PB - of course it's only the 5th PB I've every smoked. It was worth the wait - best one I've made yet. The bark tastes like candy!!!! Love my CS!!
