Well I just wanted to say thanks to you guys (SmokinOkie, C'Nooga, Tom, and SmoKen). The pork butts were a huge success. They were done about 4:15am this morning. I wrapped and foiled and held them at 150. At 6:00am I placed them in the cooler. Pulled them at 11:00am and everyone went to town on them.
Okie, your virgin mustard sauce rocks! It was a hit as was the finishing sauce (the one with the cloves). I hope you don't mind but I labeled the mustard as, "Smokin Okie's Sweet 'N Hot Mustard Sauce."
