Mother's Day

This houses Mama likes her Filet Minion quick seared on a super hot grill then onto a cast iron skillet and topped with butter toasted panko crumb and gorgonzola crumble, finished in the smoker with a few Jack Daniel oak barrel chips. It's to die for!!! Add some grilled asparagus and a baked potato and Mama is happy!!!

I'm still deployed, but In my absence, my wife had a big crowd over Sunday Afternoon. My wife acquired 9 racks of spares. I'm so proud of my 17 year old Son, he cut them all down to SL cuts, deboned the trimmings and froze for sausage later, and smoked all 9 racks In our FEC 100 along with 40 or so bakers. He's quite the chef and got rave reviews from everyone.
