If your sliding your cooker in on its back in the truck ,I've found the racks dont stay in place, so I've started removing the racks & side rack holders so it wont break the temp probe $$$. then replace them when upright again. hope this might help.johnnie
Good point. So far the BBQ gods have smiled on me as I lay my FEC down on its back in a 4'x6' utility trailer. The racks always come off but have never nailed the temp probe. Yet...
