Hi Everyone,
My SM150 was delivered yesterday morning
I seasoned it with six oz wood at 225 for 10 hours.
Thursday I will be feeding 35 coworkers brisket and pulled pork.
4 briskets and two pork butts is probably way more meat then they can eat.
Sides will be beans and slaw.
I'm thinking about using my SM150 to cook with.
Otherwise I will have to use Amerique and Smokette
