Hi Everyone,

My SM150 was delivered yesterday morning Smiler
I seasoned it with six oz wood at 225 for 10 hours.

Thursday I will be feeding 35 coworkers brisket and pulled pork.
4 briskets and two pork butts is probably way more meat then they can eat.
Sides will be beans and slaw.

I'm thinking about using my SM150 to cook with.
Otherwise I will have to use Amerique and Smokette

Hi CT-Q,

I decided to use the SM150.
First cook with it hope everything comes out like I have done with my other CS units.

Start time 6:00 pm
Temp 225
Probe temp 190
3 oz hickory
2 oz apple
1 oz cherry

4 briskets 11 lb, 11.5 lb, 13lb and 13.5 lb
Rubbed with Cookshack Brisket rub
2 pork butts 9 lb each.
Yellow mustard with Cookshack Spicy Chicken rub and rib rub.
Butts on bottom rack fat side down.

I will try to take some photos tomorrow.

1st hour I could smell the wood after that all I smell is meat and it's making me hungry.
Also hear a sizzle sound of meat and juice dripping.

Hi Guys,

The briskets and pork butts were awesome.
SM150 cooks really really good Wink
Everyone said how great the food tasted.

They went back for 2nds and 3rds and wanted more to take home.
I told them about how great Cookshack and this fourm are.
One of the guys I work with his uncle is on this fourm, and has a Smokette Cool

Had to use my smokette for some chicken since one of my co-workers doesn't eat meat.
After the smell of the brisket he almost broke down and was tempted to try some brisket.

Im sorry was not able to take any photos I bearly made it in time to work with the food.
I took a vacation day to do this but they paid me to cook all of the food Big Grin
