Need advice for shipping smoked ribs

I did a search on the forum and found a little information. Found a few dead links etc.

I want to ship New York to Florida.

My plan. Smoke my ribs, food saver, freeze, and ship 2 day.

What's a good source for the styrofoam packaging?
Can I sauce my ribs before food saver and freeze?
Any other advice?

Yes, sauce (not too much) and freeze in a Foodsaver bag. Pack with Styrofoam peanuts and dry ice of gel pack. This time of year, I'd ship overnight...especially since it's headed south. It aint gonna be cheap

I would check with the Post Office or UPS store of FedX on the shipping packaging they recommend. Inside the package, vac seal, freeze, dry ice and place all in a really large ziplock bag to keep ice and ribs in contact with each other then into the package with styrofoam peanuts like MaxQ suggested.
