I have a 10+ year old Smokey Mountain smoker like the one in the link below (mine might actually be bigger). I'm trying to figure out what 'special' uses I might find for it now that I have a CS-025. Would this be better for low temperature smoking like for sausage or for drying sausage? Hate throwing anything out ....
