owner of a fec series 100 needed !!!

Hi, I'm thinking of buying a couple FEC 100 for my business..BUT...Like to cook on or see one in action..babyback's, butt's, briskets? someone close to Southern Illinios, Salem area..of course I'll supply the product..if yours is a home or comp. unit...if a restaurant would like to see it from start-finish. Can anyone help me???? thank's Jack

You could call CS and ask if they have any restaurant owners in the area

You could also check the KCBS contest calendar and find one in your area, there likely will be someone at the contest with an FE

Thank's SmokinOkie, I'd talk to John from CS today. He told me to try this route. Will check into the kcbs calendar, but thinking that might take too long. I really don't like to buy without seeing or trying the unit, try'd southern p**** like it but can't use for competition and too costly. Too many people telling me to enter my product so I'm out looking for a unit for my soon to be restaurant and for competition so my wife will let me come out and play heehee.

There is a KCBS contest this weekend at Shannon, IL. I am sure you find someone there cooking on an FEC 100. Doubt you will get to cook on it but you can see it in action.
