Hi, I'm thinking of buying a couple FEC 100 for my business..BUT...Like to cook on or see one in action..babyback's, butt's, briskets? someone close to Southern Illinios, Salem area..of course I'll supply the product..if yours is a home or comp. unit...if a restaurant would like to see it from start-finish. Thank's SmokinOkie, I'd talk to John from CS today. He told me to try this route. Will check into the kcbs calendar, but thinking that might take too long. I really don't like to buy without seeing or trying the unit, try'd southern p**** like it but can't use for competition and too costly. Too many people telling me to enter my product so I'm out looking for a unit for my soon to be restaurant and for competition so my wife will let me come out and play heehee.
