Scott only posted once and that was back in Sept of 2008, he never came back.

There are a couple of photos, look in the thread at the top of this forum "show us your smoker setup" there might be an island or two in there.

The issue to consider is airflow.

here is a video with a CS installed in an outdoor kitchen area; a similar installation whould work in an outdoor island as well.
