I started with a 10lb. butt rubbed with Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust at 225* for 17 hrs.
The 4lb. flat rubbed with Texas BBQ Rub at 225* for 7 hrs. Foiled at 165* with beef broth and took it to 195* Wrapped in towels for an hr and slice.
Had the 008 chuggin along for 24 hrs!
