PICS Pork butt's for carnitas taco's

For the first time in my 09 I actually cooked the butt's in a pan, hoping to keep real moist and reserve some juice. Still discarded most of the fat / juice, but made a nice flavor accent after shredding by adding some back. Slightly healthier option than fried.....

Brine injection, mustard and rub. Basic bbq style, it's just that I added some of the juice back to it after pulling. Oh, and used little to no wood in the box. Made nice taco's.
