Put my 7.5lb butt on last Saturday at 9:00pm, smoked for 13 hours at 225, removed, wrapped in foil, and stuck back in for 3 hours. Used 2-3oz of hickory, which seemed just fine for this piece of pork. Wanted to share some pictures....
