Good deal. PB's at BJ's have been running $2.09.

I just picked up four cases of IBP pork butts at Restaurant Depot on Monday for $1.38 per lb.

In case I've confused things, at buy one, get one free...I purchased at $1.25/lb.

Yeah, unless they were enhanced!...like those IBP butts, don't know if I need 4 cases thou!

Before all the Albertsons closed around here,they would do that.
They were enhanced ,but as long as not for comps,it worked out ok.
Like Ribdog,we donated to schools and other organizations,so it helped our cooking costs.

Just finishing up 19 lbs (precooked) of PB. Think that'll be enough for 5 folks. Looks like some leftovers. Smokin Finishing Sauce simmering.
