Wonder if someone can tell me what the "TDO" on this label from a box of brisket means.

TDOFARMSINC is my guess.
This box had 5 of these briskets in it that avg about 14 lbs each. It's a Chairman's Reserve Certified Premium Beef box from IBP. The Elk's Club I'm a member of had them in the freezer and weren't sure how they got them. It looks like the deckle is there.
What's the kill date? (Wonder how long they've been in there?) Maybe another member was using the freezer to store them?
From a label on the box they were packed July 24, 2015. Not sure if that is a kill date but only one I see on the box. Also looks like the box was delivered to the Elks in Sept. Where the cryovac usually has "choice, prime, or select it just has the "Chairman's Reserve" logo.
I just took them off the Club's hand because he didn't want an odd box of something he doesn't use. I paid his cost of $196 for the box of 71 lbs. Little on the expensive side but they look pretty good. Walmart has select/choice here for $2.49.
