I have been the proud owner of my Cookshack Smoker for about a year. I have used this site as my crutch for all recipes, questions, cook times, and temps. etc. Thank you guys you have been a big help. I have always been able to find everything I need without fail, by using the search feature. Not this time. Now I need some more help.
Months ago I found on this site a recipe for cooking a ham. I have lost it and I have been searching this site for HOURS looking for it. Hopefully you guys can help.

Here is what I know about it.
I scored it, to make a diamond pattern
I put a sliced circle pineapple w/ a cherry all over the out side
Put cloves in the cut "intersections"
I think there was a cure/marinade and glaze with it...

I know this is not alot of information and it lacks alot but if this rings a bell to anyone let me know.

The ham I am smoking is a Shank Portion Ham, trimmed and smoked.
If I am not able to find the recipe then I will be looking for another.

That sounds like a million basic ham recipes out there, the scoring, pineapple, etc. Just average for me, but we'll try to help.

Not sure exactly what you need. If it's a ready made ham, you don't need to cure it.

I did a search in the "ham glaze" in the ham forum, here's one recipe.

Easiest way to search is click on "advanced" and use a few specific words and specific just one or two forums. Say pineapple, and ham forum.

Check the two or three links in this post.
