Yep did a 14 3/4# choice Brisket, on the 3rd for the holiday. Been feast'n all week between it a 3# Venison meatloaf, and 2 Racks of BBQ ribs, besides the 2 son's stop'n in fer a few goodies. So this has been me and mamma's diet fer a week,,, mmmmmm tough life fer some folk's but old redneck's love it,,,,
down to a couple meals and maybe my last good breakfast fer a while, but took a break from the tater's this mornin and ruff'd it,,, Just hoey soaked wheat toast egg bell pepper and onion omelet smothered in colby inside and out and lightly glazed with habanero hot sauce, and topped with a nice hunk of what's left of the brisket w/a dab of Country Bob's!! Redneck fix'ns at their finest,,
