I wanted to thank Eddy, Stuart, and Ray Lampe for the Reserve GC we got last weekend in Pueblo. Between the FEC and the cooking class I have definitely been able to make some good BBQ. I had to do some relearning in order to cook everything on one smoker (raw chicken on the bottom, not the top) but we were able to get things figured out. This was the first comp on the FEC so I was a little nervous. Next comp will be in Frisco, CO so I can see if this was just dumb luck.
