I completely understand wanting to see and touch before dropping that kind of money. I bought both my CS smokers,the pg500 and Amerique sight unseen. Hopefully someone near you will see this. I would gladly show my smokers off to anyone in my area.
They are relatively "new" and in that since I'm not sure everyone who owns one is a member of the forum.
You could contact CS Sales and ask if they have a dealer in the area or they may contact an owner for you.
I've actually demo'd the FE's at my house before for someone in the forum passing through. That off always holds for anyone who wants to see.

I'm sure seeing anything in that price range before buying would be good. I don't know if you have used YouTube to search out videos of the product, I found it useful when I was considering buying a SM008.
