Does anyone know the my vineger sauce should be remade ? its just vinegar brown sugar salt and pepper .Just curious .its about 6 months old. Thanks ,Ray

Look at it, smell it, taste it. Vinegar eventually will turn. There are too many variables for a yes/no answer. Your ingredients are cheap. A new batch is cheaper than an ER visit. When in doubt, throw it out!

Vinegar will stay good for a long time and it appears your other ingredients shouldn't spoil quickly either. If it smells good I'd use it.
