Memorial day weekend- had the daughter and family and brother in law over for burgers.
Ground 5 pounds sirloin tip, 1 1/2 pounds home smoked bacon and a small onion with a Kitchen Aid grinder attachment.
Cooked on gas grill to a perfect medium rare.
Really nice smokey taste to burgers. 7 people, almost 14 pounds of ground meat- not a speck left. Guess they were OK.
