Just had 6 bottles of Cattlemen's "Master Reserve" Carolina Tangy Gold sauce delivered (Carolina type mustard sauce) along with some wood and the bear claws. I put the mustard sauce on left over chicken thighs from yesterday's smoke, and it was very good.
Think I'll include this as another side sauce for the Carolina "sammiches" (pork butt, cole slaw and Tangy Gold sauce) at the day after my son's wedding barbecue. The 4 side sauces for the pulled pork would be Smokin's, KC style, Memphis style, and Tangy Gold. Three weeks from now, and I already know what 2 sandwiches I'll be eating. One with Smokin's finishing sauce, and one Carolina "sammich". With all the checks I'll be writing between now and ending by the barbecue, those sandwiches should taste real special.
